Good food, terrible waiting time
We decided to have dinner last Tuesday night. The restaurant was only 1/4 full and considering we had limited time we thought the wait wouldn’t be long.
Unfortunately there were very few meals being brought out to patrons and our group were starting to get impatient. We then realised that the kitchen was kept busy by online or phone orders and they were clearly taking priority. It took a full hour for us to receive our meals which is not acceptable. Being a lower priority to takeaway orders won’t help patronage and this needs to be addressed. We won’t be returning because of this.
