Pleasant staff and good service. When booking, ask for a table under one of the (few) lights - we were sharing a smartphone with a torch function in order to read the menu. Unusually good list of wines by the glass. Although listed as tapas and restaurant, a lot of the small plates and tapas weren't really the sort of thing readily shared by people not in love with each other. I had the scallops and black rice risotto. Scallops excellent, with a dressing that had me wondering if perhaps the dim lighting would let me lick the plate. The risotto was interesting but - even allowing for the mixes of rice - perhaps a little undercooked for my taste. But we enjoyed the meal and I need to return to try some of the other items on the menu.
