Dive right in with a street eat starter of char siu pork bao buns with hoisin sauce, cucumber pickle and hot mustard mayo, or betel leaf with smoked mackerel, jicama, peanut, kaffir and snake beans. Move on to larger plates of steamed market fish, soy, shallots, ginger and sesame oil, or bulgogi chicken with ginger, Nashi pear, shallots and roasted tomato relish. Finish indulgently with chocolate mousse, sticky ginger, raspberries and almonds.
