Dive right in with a street eat starter of Malaysian pancakes, kangaroo rendang and preserved lime yoghurt, or hibachi-grilled, chilli-glazed BBQ octopus and ginger mayo; before larger plates of miso potato, spiced gravy and blue swimmer crab. Perhaps massaman duck curry tempts with sweet potato, peanut, charred pineapple relish and sides of Asian greens and steamed rice; finish indulgently with banana, whipped coconut and vanilla bean, miso caramel and nut crumble.
