Gambaro's has come a long way since the 1950's. I can recall Michael Gambaro in the mid 70's and his 'fish n chip' shop next to the Caxton Hotel. Why I was at the Caxton Hotel in my early teens is a story for another day! Today the restaurant rates highly amongst Brisbane's best. Quality seafood amid a host of creations from Group Head Chef Lukas McEwan. Guests will experience a very high standard of service, great food and an enchanting Gambaro Italian atmosphere. Experience counts!
