As a Sri Lankan, I can honestly say Fusion Ceylon brings back the true taste of home. From the first bite, you can tell the food is prepared with authentic Sri Lankan flavours and the perfect balance of spices. The Colombo Mix was outstanding, and the Sri Lankan-Chinese dishes reminded me of the food you find in Colombo.
It's not easy to find a restaurant in Australia that gets the flavours this close to the real thing. Every dish tasted fresh, generous in portion, and cooked with care. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Fusion Ceylon! The food was full of rich, authentic Sri Lankan flavor, and the portions were super generous. The staff made us feel welcome right from the moment we walked in. The Negombo Black Pork Curry and Hot Butter Cuttlefish are absolute must tries. Will definitely be coming back!
