About Fusion Art Bar & Tapas

Blending artwork, fine wine and great fare, Fusion Art Bar & Tapas on Spence Street in Cairns is the place to be seen. With an industrial, upcycled and vintage vibe, Fusion was born from an artist’s love of sharing their passion, in a relaxing ambience of exposed red brick walls and high concrete ceilings. Utilising old furniture and timber combined with handmade cutlery and ceramic ware, this tapas bar fuses modern and old-world charm in effortless style, whether stopping by for brunch or sharing a drink and plate with friends later in the evening. Choose from tapas like seared tuna, cucumber, avocado mousse, gin and tonic sorbet; or Wagyu beef, black garlic butter, pickled beetroot, mushroom and broccolini. Finish with orange and poppyseed curd tart, almonds and macadamia ice cream.

Amazing food!
We’ve been to this fantastic restaurant/bar/gallery twice now and each time have come away super impressed. The restaurant itself is beutifully presented and quirky. The food is wonderfully presented and delicious. If you ask me for a favourite, I’m sorry, but I can’t choose between the dishes... everything was my favourite. This is a foodies paradise.

What a superb evening!
We came here for a light meal and a drink, and had a superb evening. Great food and drinks, and fabulous service. You need to try Fusion. You will not be disappointed.

Found this awesome little restaurant quite by accident. Decided to give their brunch menu a bit of a nudge. Did not disappoint one bit. I had the Baked Aubergine and I was in total heaven. My friend had Eggs Benedict, that too was a beautiful dish. Now what do you feed a couple of ravenous kids...Pancake with Mixed Berries.... devoured and washed down with the best Milkshake...they were 2 very happy and contented kids!! Definitely going back for seconds.
