Friendly Refined French Japanese
There is nothing short of excellence with our experience in Fleur De Mizu. We celebrated a birthday with 8 pax and everyone complimented on every course of the food. One can appreciate the amount of effort put into each dish and the service was a delight. The atmosphere was cozy, peaceful and pleasant. Everyone enjoyed it and will definitely be back :-)

Lower North Shore gem!
We had overseas guests who wanted to experience French-Japanese fusion cuisine, and Fleur de Mizu hit the brief beautifully. The cozy ambience was spot-on French, so was the table setting (love the heart-shaped napkins and blue bread plates!), and our lovely waiter was so discreetly attentive to our group of slightly noisy Americans. Food was sophisticated, flavourful and a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. While the scallops and the mango dessert were standouts for me, special mention must go to the 2021 French Grenache - I would come back and just have that with bread! And it was such a lovely personal touch that the chef took the time to greet our party as we were leaving. (Turns out he worked at the famed The French Laundry in California.) We will definitely spread the word about this gem of a dining experience!
