About Firewater Hotel
Charm and character await at Cobblestone Lane on George Street in Bathurst. Step back to yesteryear at this elegant restaurant, housed in the heritage-listed former Webb & Co department store built in 1863 and still retaining original features, as well as an open kitchen giving a glimpse of the talented culinary team. A welcoming vibe of exposed brick and timber floors sets an ambience ideal for romantic dinners, or catch-ups with family from a European and Asian-inspired menu. Pan-fried paprika prawns, sautéed butternut squash, bacon, capers and pickled red onion set the mood for a memorable dinner; followed by beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, field mushrooms, broccolini, carrots, truss tomato and jus. Finish with sticky date pudding, butterscotch sauce, chocolate ganache and ice cream.
