A house blend of coffee beans called Milk Smith is made in collaboration with boutique roaster, Mailing Room alongside a daily rotation of aromatic single origins as well as a seasonal menu of modern Australian dishes taking inspiration from Latin and Mediterranean cuisines. Delve into slow cooked pulled lamb shoulder served with tabbouleh, cumin labneh and pomegranate on sumac pita bread and be sure to grab some housemade nougat on the way out.
