About Federal Doma Cafe

What was once a sushi stand has evolved into internationally acclaimed community restaurant, Federal Doma Café on Albert Street in Federal. For more than 10 years, this Northern Rivers dining destination has been providing a warm and attentive venue where staff members are passionate about sharing their knowledge of Japanese cuisine with locals and visitors alike. Early risers stop in for smoked salmon and Japanese-style hash brown korokke, served with shokupan toast and organic brown rice; while the later crowd enjoys a char-grilled beef burger with aged cheddar, smoked paprika sauce, cucumber pickles, onion relish, lettuce, onion, mayo and tomato. Perhaps a karaage chicken and cold green noodle salad hits the mark with coconut, cashew and coriander sauce, washed down with a chai latte.
