The ethos of éRemo Restaurant is all about connecting with local producers and trialing one-of-a-kind dishes making the éRemo experience, exceptional. That experience comes together in our Avido menu, which means "greedy" in Italian.
The menu is complemented by a well-travelled wine list, including some of the Hunter Valley's best vintages and a selection of those from further afield.

From good to great
Our favourite restaurant in the hunter valley and it’s gone from always good to now great! We are fortunate to travel up from Sydney regularly and the menu is ever changing and always excellent. Highly recommended and better and more consistent than the hatter restaurants around it.
