About eRemo Restaurant

Embark on a culinary adventure where each day and sometimes each table is different, at eRemo Restaurant on Ekerts Road in Pokolbin. This modern and contemporary Italian eatery, the centrepiece of Spicers Hunter Valley Guesthouse, exudes an elegant and stylish vibe of blond wood, sand-coloured brick and softly glowing downlights; while on balmy days the verandah beckons as a sunny spot to enjoy a drop of local wine. From a menu boasting a selection of delicious dishes served share style, perhaps start with artichokes in a light dressing, with smoked mussel aioli; before squid ink linguine, King prawns and clams in tomato sauce, with basil and chilli. Truffle lovers are enticed by plates like slow-cooked Black Angus short rib, roasted Jerusalem artichokes, kale, and fresh Manjimup truffles.

From good to great
Our favourite restaurant in the hunter valley and it’s gone from always good to now great! We are fortunate to travel up from Sydney regularly and the menu is ever changing and always excellent. Highly recommended and better and more consistent than the hatter restaurants around it.
