Kickstart a culinary adventure with hiramasa kingfish, green nam jim, green mango, coconut and roasted rice, or duck spring rolls with pineapple Thai noodles, pickles and chilli soy vinegar; before crispy whole baby barramundi, three-flavour caramel red nam jim and apple mint slaw. Chocolate banana spring rolls and cassia bark ice cream make the ideal finish.

Eastwoods dining offers the best of everything in Airlie. I love the South East Asian share-style experience. The manager, Kirsty, ensures impeccable service and a relaxed atmosphere. The food is exceptional, showcasing great skill from the kitchen team. An excellent selection of wines and creative cocktails!
