With a glass of vino in hand, perhaps start with char siu BBQ chicken wings and wasabi mayo, or housemade spring rolls, side salad and dipping sauce; moving on to mains like barramundi fillet, roasted sweet and Desirée potatoes, buttered green beans, tomato salsa and lime syrup. I am SO glad that Gracie has brought Drift and Wood to Agnes Water.
Consistently wonderful food and great service - every single time.
The menu is exceptional as it is, but Gracie is always accommodating and creative for any of my guests with dietary needs, or to meet my conference and events budgets for each individual group.
I finally have somewhere to take my groups and out of town visitors.
