The Courthouse Hotel boasts 3 fabulous function rooms: The Long Bar, located on the first floor, is the largest of our function rooms that can host up to 250 guests. We can also cater for smaller groups, with the Clink Bar on the ground floor with the ability to cater to up to 50 people. We can also cater for corporate events in either of those rooms, or in our Jury Room, that can seat up to 20 people (boardroom style). Please speak to our functions coordinator today for details.

A big 5 stars - The Courthouse & Clink restaurant are the jewel at Southport. The only place to eat & drink & have a function. Awesome staff 5 star food and beautiful decor. Well done, highly recommended for a simple drink, great meal or the important function (whether business or party). Giving Southport style again.
After recently dining at "Clink" (Courthouse Hotel Restaurant), I was really impressed with not only the menu but the location. Firstly, the menu offered a variety of choices and my meal tasted as good as it looked. Secondly, it is a venue which is classy but still has that lovely beer garden feel - a real gem that ticks all the boxes.
Not your average pub that's for sure. Dine under cover or alfresco at Clink Restaurant, have a drink & relax with friends in the beer garden or venture into the front bar & see local bands/enjoy comedy nights etc, hold a fully catered private party or conference in their function rooms. The Courthouse has great food, staff & a friendly atmosphere
The Courthouse Hotel in Southport is the only hotel on the Gold Coast that has a level of sophistication of the Sydney or Melbourne pubs. The various areas within the Courthouse cater for everyone. The restaurant ‘Clink’ has great atmosphere and the food is delicious. We always have an enjoyable time at the Courthouse.
I've been to the Courthouse Hotel many times. Wether enjoying a drink in the bar or dining in the Clink restaurant, Im always welcomed by lovely staff and quality service. The food in Clink is amazing and anything but 'pub food'. I highly recommend this place for a family dinner or nice night out with friends... have dinner, then hit up the bar.
I love the Courthouse Hotel. There is not another venue on the Gold Coast hotel that come near it for great food and great service.
