Sitting at the foothills of the Snowy Mountain range, Courabyra Wines Restaurant offers tantalising wines and tastebud tingling meals with a scenic alpine backdrop. A handful of old wine barrels are used as make-shift tables, surrounded by stools on a wide verandah, creating a place for visitors to easily mingle and enjoy the sun, a glass of wine and a share platter in rustic surrounds. As gentle breezes cool the vineyards and sweeping valley landscapes, guests wander inside and unwind with an Organic Sacred Ground coffee or Clippers Organic Tea. Take a minute to peruse a menu offering the likes of pork belly, cashew nut caramel sauce and fresh Asian salad; or Thai red satay chicken on coconut rice, best with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
