Dishes on the menu are quality, wholesome and sustainably sourced; drop in early and devour a big breakfast of bacon, eggs, chorizo, pesto tomato, herb-roasted mushrooms and toast; or cashew cream pancakes with apple and pear compote. Later guests join a lively buzz of conversation while enjoying a smashed truffle burger, with beef patty, bacon, pickle, cheddar, tomato and lettuce; or oven-roasted Moroccan potato hash, red peppers, onions, tofu scramble and cashew cheese.
