Founded by Anita and Hendrik, the bakery celebrates the depth of German bread culture while embracing a modern approach to health, flavour and sustainability. Each loaf is handcrafted using organic flour, natural ingredients and long fermentation methods that create rich flavour and nourishing quality. The best Sourdough and Pretzels
I am obsessed with their pretzels with cream cheese and chives and the butter pretzels are to die for too. Also love having a sandwich here or a coffee and cake. The ham, mustard and pickle roll slap. Their products are hand made on site and taste so delicious. Super unique! Great coffee too.
