Terrible customer relations. Any complaint about the food or drink is handled in an offhand, rude manner. The standard of the food is mediocre at best, and sometimes quite unacceptable. We pointed out the fettucine dish was dry as there was very little sauce in it. Instead of an apology, a staff member merely poked under the pasta with a fork and said there was nothing wrong with it. A request to replace the hot water in a cold cup of tea was met with a "we'll do it this time only". Great location, only seaside cafe in this area, a pity they don't care about service and customer relations.
