A bunch of legends, coupled with awessome good & wine. Best experience.
All round knock out meal! Highlight definitely iced oyster and beef tendon!
Definitely on its way to nailing its menu and clientele. Being only 4 or so months in there is still room for improvement but they are heading in the right direction.
Superlative service, ambience and some cracker dishes with wines to match. Dan Hunter has created something very special and unique in this beautiful property in Birregurra. Highly recommended.
