The bourke st bakery is always busy I can never find parking but its so worth it hot delicious pies,beautiful bread desserts to irresistible my favourite ginger brulee tart and brandy date brulee slice , croissants samwiches and pesto tomato cheese slices all baked fresh fresh on Mitchel St you'd never know only because I saw someone walking from the industrial area with a coffee onto Victoria St .Hidden Gem and great coffee .
Yummy yummy treats, fantastic breads. Nobody does bread and tarts like they do. My favourite sweet is the creme brûlée tart the crispy toffee on the top makes it! The lamb and fennel sausage rolls are also a wonderful treat.
