Salivate over starters such as Hervey Bay prawns, chilli, ginger, pineapple and cucumber salsa; followed by memorable mains of seared Tasmanian salmon, fennel and pea risotto, or char-grilled eye fillet, with onion, marmalade and pepper sauce, washed down with a glass of Shiraz.
