This small-batch artisan bakery delivers delicious slow-fermented loaves of bread three days a week to businesses and homes around the region; each loaf takes a minimum of 30 hours to produce, with no commercial or baking yeast added and absolutely no other nasty chemicals often found in mass-produced bread. Only bread that has been baked the same day is delivered to ensure freshness; think loaves such as jalapeno and cheddar, olive and thyme, spiced fruit and focaccia sourdough, along with flaky and buttery croissants and sourdough hot cross buns for an Easter treat the whole family will enjoy.
