Bathed in Gold Coast sunshine, the venue invites relaxed alfresco dining or comfortable indoor seating, with the option to perch at the bar over an ice-cold beer or a glass from the tightly curated wine list. The menu leans Mediterranean, built around vibrant small plates like raw fish with pickled fennel, blood orange ponzu and sesame, or fried calamari, prawns and zucchini with fermented chilli oil. Heartier options include shareable T-bone steak with oyster sauce jus, grilled chicken skewers with tzatziki, lemon and oregano, and classic sides. Finish on a sweet note with Basque cheesecake and blueberry compote.
