BEST WINE LIST BYRON BAY
We had the most amazing time at Byron Bay's best restaurant Bar Heather. The food, team and ambience was second to none. It felt like a restaurant straight out of Paris or New York. The wine list was so deep and had amazing hard to find wines that we have only seen at Heather. The sommelier Isabel was very helpful and had great knowledge. We can't wait to return on our next visit to the Northern Rivers for more Bug Toast, Betel Leaves and a glass of something fun.

Hands down THE best restaurant in Byron Bay! So many incredible details- perfectly executed. Food is inventive and considered but still so welcoming… and most importantly delicious. Wine list easily one of the greatest in the country- too hard to choose… luckily they have amazing staff to help. Will be back every time I’m in Byron!
Chic little wine bar with big personality
As a certified food and wine snob, this is my go to for every special occasion (birthdays, anniversaries, date night etc.) when ever friends or family visit us in Byron Bay, It has an intimate, chic atmosphere, incredible staff, stunning dishes and a wine list worth fawning over. Also, Martinis.
