About Bar Clarry
Hiding inside the Northern Club on Cameron Street in Launceston, Bar Clarry is a small, intimate wine bar and restaurant where very good things are poured, refined seasonal food is served with a little fun, and long, lazy nights unfold effortlessly. Built on a love of local producers, vinyl and the pleasure of slow evenings, the menu moves with the seasons — bold, unexpected and always worth discovering. Wines are thoughtfully curated, cocktails are classic with a twist, and the mood is warm, quietly indulgent and just a little cheeky. Come for a glass. Stay for the story.

An absolute gem in Launceston
Bar Clarry is exactly the kind of venue Launceston has been waiting for. A beautiful, intimate wine bar with exceptional food, thoughtful wines and genuinely warm hospitality. The team strike the perfect balance of being incredibly knowledgeable without ever feeling pretentious, making every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, with great music, beautiful details and the kind of personalised service that’s becoming increasingly rare. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick glass of wine and a snack or settling in for a long lunch or evening with friends, Bar Clarry feels special without taking itself too seriously.
A wonderful addition to the Launceston dining scene and already a venue we’ll be returning to again and again. Highly recommend booking ahead. ?????
