I have been a customer for several months, the morning coffee and the occasonal meal here and there. A few weeks ago a new menu and a new chef started and can i just say, what an AMAZING difference it has made. There is so much food to try, every thing sounds delicious and tastes even better. On top of our sunday breakfast we will be having dinner there before our movie every week for sure!

I was a regular, until today. Food was always good, service was also good until today. We were ther as usual every sunday, the waiter advised us that there will be 15-20 min wait, so my husband says 'we can order quickly now' (we know what we want and by saying that did not want to wait for the waiter to return in prob 5-8 min), she snapped and says 'It would make no diferent, I will return in moment'. Ok...a moment, she returned, we've ordered. 35 mins later the other 3 table that arrived after us have finished their food & drinks. I asked the other waiter to check our order, there were no order there, anyway, he apologies, takes order and comes back with our drinks with complimentary. Our breakfast arrived, but the pancakes for my 3yo were hard like a rock, I couldn't even stab a knife into it. Shame...we have to find a new place for our sunday breakfast.

I was greeted and served by a lovely waitress. I ordered the bacon, eggs and hotcakes with maple syrup. Unfortunately the hotcakes were stale (or had freezer burn maybe). This annoys me - how easy is it to keep a mixture in the fridge and make fresh hotcakes... I must say though that the rest of my breakfast was very nice. Anyhoo, the lovely waitress was apologetic, but the lady who charged me wasn't. I wouldn't go back again.

I came for the first time last saturday and as far as the setting and decor goes it's a really nice place and you have the option to sit outside or inside. The service was good too, until we came up to the front to pay, the person who took our payment was grumpy and she didn't look like she wanted to be there, she didn't smile once nor say goodbye, she pretty much threw us the receipt when she handed our receipt to us.
As for the food, my partner and I ordered Eggs Benedict and many people would agree that what makes an Eggs Benedict is the Hollandaise sauce, otherwise it's just eggs and bacon on toast. When we got our meal the amount of Hollandaise sauce was so little! At least 1 tablespoon worth, I've been to other cafes who aren't as flash as this place and they always give a generous amount. Their other dishes might be ok, but I certainly won't be going back there to find out!
