Set on 25 acres of vines at 810 Norton Road, Wamboin — just 30 minutes from Canberra — Aranya Acres pairs native Australian ingredients with the relaxed pleasures of a working vineyard. Chef Praneel Singh's menu weaves indigenous flavours through modern Australian dishes, from woodfired pizzas to degustation evenings built on bush foods and seasonal local produce.

The cellar door pours Sapling Yard wines grown just metres from the table, while the cocktail bar mixes native-botanical serves as the sun drops behind the vines. Dine indoors, or out on the terrace with views across Canberra District wine country.

Open Thursday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, Aranya Acres hosts live jazz, trivia and paint-and-sip evenings, and welcomes weddings, private functions and group celebrations on the vineyard grounds. Families are well looked after with a kids' menu, and there is free parking on site.
