Set in the former Royal Bank, this elegant restaurant offers contemporary fine dining alongside a selection of the best of Central Victorian wines in stylish surrounds of green velvet, chandeliers and dark wood tables. Sit and enjoy the view of the historic Alexandria Fountain and Rosalind Park as you choose from à la carte, or Chef's degustation, perhaps starting with pork belly, BBQ tamarind, betel leaf, daikon, salted cucumber and carrot. Wagyu rosbif, Warrigal greens, charred onion espuma and soy gel entice for the main; finishing with matcha green tea mousse, meringue, kiwi granita and white chocolate ice cream.

Excellent food, service, wine list and ambiance
Wagyu hanger full of flavour and cooked to perfection. Nicolas around us a Wild Duck Creek Shiraz not on the menu. Chiara was attentive and enthusiastic - a fine experience. I’d come back anytime
