Slow Cooker Crunchy Granola

4 cups watermelon, chunks, seeds removed
6 Tbs fresh lime juice
2 Tbs sugar
4 cups ice cubes
1/8 tsp table salt
1/2 lime, cut into wedges for garnish
Combine all ingredients except lime wedges, in a blender.
Purée until smooth.
Keep in the jug or divide among glasses.
Garnish with lime wedges. Refresh and enjoy.
