1 cup coconut water
1 inch of fresh ginger root
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 Tbs honey
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Strain if desired.
