40mL Cherry Lush Larrikin Gin
20mL lime juice
Muddled ginger (to taste)
3 crushed cardamom pods
5 crushed allspice seeds
Pinch of salt
A cinnamon stick or an orange peel.
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, then strain into a martini or margarita glass.
