Morning After the Night Before Smoothie - Recipe by Alison Wright


Ingredients

1/4 cup parsley
1 kiwi fruit, peeled
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup green apple
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup cucumber
1 Tbs lemon
1 tsp chia
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 cup ice

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender, or NutriBullet and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and drink straight away.
