Maple Peanut Butter Overnight Oats - Recipe by Maple from Canada



Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds
1 Tbs peanut butter
1 cup reduced fat milk
2 Tbs maple syrup
2 Tbs Greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Place oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, reduced fat milk, maple syrup, Greek yoghurt and vanilla in a dish or individual glasses, then stir to combine.

Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with sliced bananas and nuts. Drizzle with maple syrup.
