Blueberry Burst Smoothie


Ingredients

Bursting with flavour, this smoothie is packed full of nutrients to support your health. From the anti-oxidants in the blueberries to the omega 3 fatty acids in the walnuts and chia seeds, you will feel ready to go after drinking this delicious smoothie. - Alison Wright.

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tbs walnuts
2 tsp chia seeds
1 cup organic soy milk (or milk of your choice)
2 Tbs Greek yoghurt
1 handful baby spinach
1/2 banana

Method

Put all ingredients into a blender, or NutriBullet and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and drink straight away.
