About Terroir & Table

Based in Denmark, Terroir & Table is a mobile catering service combining the pleasure of provincial style food and the theatre of live cooking with the convivial nature of long table dining. Former caterer to the rich and famous, Escoffier trained chef Xavier Poupel and his wife Janette cook before you at your nominated venue, serving rustic, elegantly presented fare straight from their mobile wood fired oven to the sprawling sharing table. Terroir & Table’s three course menus incorporate only the highest quality ingredients and can be customised to suit your needs. Whether it’s for a large or small gathering, for breakfast or dinner, Terroir & Table brings a unique culinary experience.
