I also attended a cooking class this year with my Mum and I have to say we had the best time! We learnt a little about the spices we would be cooking in the class then we made 6 yummy Moroccan dishes and enjoyed them over a glass of wine with lunch. Certainly didn't need dinner that night! A great team building day.
I have attended 2 of Licensed to Spice Cooking School classes and just love them. I am not a "natural" cook but with Vicki's help I am learning to cook, blend and be confident in the kitchen.
