From an intimate dinner for two to a nine-course degustation, there is something to tempt all palates; think plates like kingfish, tomato, melon and red nam jim, or charred prawns and leek ash to start; followed by grass-fed beef with burnt onion, puffed barley and muscatel jus, or wild barramundi, celeriac, kale and XO sauce. Desserts like chocolate, mousse and hazelnut gelato make for an indulgent finish to a memorable meal.
