A few words from Gramco Fungi

Mushrooms play an indispensable role on the planet, recycling organic matter and providing us with many health benefits.

We are fungi experts and we hope that by sharing our enthusiasm and passion for fungi, more people can be informed about the workings of nature, entertained by its neat structure, and healed by its countless benefits.

GRAMCOFUNGI closed our Healesville Farm in 2023. Our current operations take place at our farm in Three Bridges backing onto the Little Yarra River and Hacketts Creek. We are surrounded with clean air, clear water and healthy soil.

This year we have planted a morel mushroom crop in our new shade house at Three Bridges. These cultivated mushrooms are large, succulent and we believe will be the best morel mushrooms in Australia. The crop is expected to harvest from late August to early October. Watch this space.
