The Allotment Cafe Overview

Refined café fare and organic coffee have Reedy Creek locals flocking to The Allotment Café on Woodland Drive. A move north in search of a relaxed GC lifestyle, brings Simon Capewell (former Executive Chef at The Langham Melbourne) to this little corner of the world, making his mark on the leafy suburb with fresh produce and organic meat. Locals bring herbs from their own gardens to be used in an ever-changing menu of breakfast and lunch dishes, best enjoyed on a spacious outdoor deck or indoors among potted greenery and black gnomes guarding the coffee machine. Kick start the day with Middle Eastern scrambled eggs with sumac, hummus and flatbread, or drop by later and tingle tastebuds with Asian-style crisp, succulent pork belly; followed by beetroot chocolate brownie with chocolate soil.
