Take in west coast sunsets while sipping a cheeky cocktail in rustic surrounds of corrugated iron, polished wood and French doors and windows bringing the spectacular vistas indoors; or on balmy days soak up the sun alfresco while sampling the finest seafood and produce available. Embark on a culinary adventure with braised duck and nut spring rolls, pickled vegetable salad and sweet chilli dip; before mains such as moqueca - South American fish stew, cooked in coconut cream, tomato, capsicum and coriander, with rice and fried shallots.
