The food was exceptional when I recently visited this fantastic winery. I particularly enjoyed my quail with white bean puree, chestnut & Pedro Ximenez shallots, matched perfectly with the Xanadu Cabernet Sauvignon 2008. The earthy yet contemporary setting instills the essence of Margaret River. Bon appetite!
