Located inside the historic Hydro Majestic Hotel, this light-filled restaurant is an ideal spot to enjoy the grand old tradition of high tea, or a gourmet dinner with a special someone. Soak up the refined luxury of an ornate fireplace, grandiose furnishings and décor, while sipping a wine and peruse a menu offering starters of crustacean open ravioli – lobster medallion, Balmain bug, prawn, semi-dried tomato, bug head, tarragon oil and Winter truffle. Be tempted by pan-seared duck breast, confit leg and porcini tortellini, mushroom ragu, smoked cauliflower, charred plum and fig, foie gras mousse and plum jus; before a dessert of strawberry and sheep’s milk cheesecake.
