Inspired by my Mum's homemade cooking, I decided to pursue a career as a chef. Graduating from Carrick Institute of Education, I gained experience from some of the most iconic venues in Sydney; from Hurricane's Grill and Bungalow 8 to Cargo Bar. I decided to make my dream come true and open up my own place, which inspired an elegant restaurant in the heart of Sydney in Cremorne called Meals & Memories.
From an early age I was fascinated by cooking shows, particularly how they would blend spices and create new dishes, this turned into my favourite hobby as I was passionate and determined to make a mark. My style isn't specific, as I don't believe in sticking to one generic cuisine, give me a bit of seasoning, a good piece of meat and some vegetables and I will create my own style, just come and see!
