Built by heart, the design of this rustic venue focuses on sustainability and resourcefulness by using local timbers and salvaged materials to create an industrial-style vibe softened by potted greenery and comfy couches. With an intention to become completely organic, expect to sample a selection of Australian organic, biodynamic and preservative-free wines, along with cocktails and beer crafted and inspired by local surroundings. Perhaps pair an ice-cold pint of Bello Pale with wood-fired pizza such as prosciutto, Napoli sauce, mozzarella, basil, rocket and olive oil, or potato, smoked mozzarella and thyme, on a spinach and garlic base.
