Cheese World is the show case for Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory's national award winning produce and one of the south west's most popular attractions.

Cheese World, set on the breathtaking backdrop of Australia's Great Ocean road, opposite Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory at Allansford, is just 40 minutes traveling time from the famous 12 Apostles and 10 minutes from the beautiful seaside city of Warrnambool.

The Cheese and Wine Cellar boasts an extensive range of cheeses, wines and gourmet products from local producers. Tantalise your palate with free cheese tastings of our Warrnambool Matured, Vintage and flavoured range. Tastings are conducted hourly on the ½ hour from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Purchase from our range of Australian made local and regional wines.

Cheese baskets are a specialty and make ideal gifts for family, friends or corporate clients. Select your own products or have our friendly cellar staff choose the products for you.

No visit to Cheese World is complete without a browse through our local history museum. Housing the Uebergang family collection, the museum will give you an insight into life in the early 1900's. The Dave Lee vintage engine collection comprising over 100 stationary engines was contributed by the Lee family in conjunction with the Warrnambool and District Historical Vehicle Club.

The Cheese World complex also includes a supermarket stocking all your daily grocery needs, a range of giftware and souvenirs, and the fully licensed restaurant that makes the best milkshakes in the country as well as yummy lunches and light snacks to satisfy your hunger cravings.

There is also a service station, where you can re-fuel your car before heading down the Great Ocean Road.
