We have stayed here two to three times a year over the last few years. Service can be hit and miss - good on a good day. Rooms are clean though sometimes musty. They have a few spa rooms. We have stayed in the big spa room. Plenty of room but showing its age. Facilities are good. Restaurant is the best we have found in the town. Stayed in a "deluxe room" - unbelievable misnomer. The room was backpacker standard with a broken toilet seat and backflow threatening to overflow. Had dramas with a double charge that was corrected only after getting the finance ombudsman involved. Other times service has been good. We now use Albert Facey accommodation.
