I wanted to visit this winery restaurant Frogmore Creek Cellar Door & Restaurant last time when i was in TAS, however, they closed when i was in Hobart.??
Moroccan spiced lamb backstrap $34, not spicy at all, very easy going, and soft.??
Tamarin glazed pork belly $33, kimchi ball very cute, pulled pork croquette is impressive??
Pepperberry rubbed wallaby $32, very tender and nutty??.
Octopus chorizo & spicy nduja tortellini $34 is my pick, very creative with feta form and it's full of flavour.??
Beetroot salad $22, very colourful, could be a bit more tho.??
Dessert dart mofo special $24, raspberry with chocolate, less sweet than it looks.??
Lavender field $22, beautiful as don't want to touch, blueberry panna cotta and Lavender ice cream were amazing.??

Single best presentation of food I have ever witnessed
My mum over lunch “This is more like those hotels in Dubai that get a 6 or even a 7 out of 5 Star Rating in the Hotel World – Frogmore Creek? deserves to be scored above the norm.” Some of the best food I have eaten and the single best presentation of food I have ever seen in a sublime venue with views more suited to a Lord of the Rings movie. I review this spectacular venue now on Spooning Australia.
Innovative flavour combinations served up as some of the prettiest dishes I've eaten! A feast for all the senses. All while gazing out over the Coal Valley vineyards. For a while I could dream I was back in France!
The perfect setting, divine food and wine, great shopping as well. Looking forward to going back.
