Casamigos Margarita
A classic take on the Margarita with Casamigos Blanco and lime, balanced with agave nectar.
45mL lemon myrtle infused Wild Water Vodka
30mL lemon juice
30mL sugar syrup
30mL egg white
15mL Amaretto
1 meringue (similar diameter as a glass)
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds or until chilled.
Strain cocktail and remove ice.
Shake again and double-strain into a coupe glass.
Cut top off meringue to reveal marshmallow centre. Gently place meringue on top and blowtorch to finish.
