Raj on Taj – Hyde Park exudes a wonderful ambience. This restaurant is family owned and family operated. Vijay Singh (head of family) is head-chef, front of house manager is your charming host Mahesh Singh. He extends a warm and sincere ‘welcome' to his customers.

This certainly is one of Adelaides busiest restaurants. All staff are very courteous and most helpful. Open fires are such a welcome sight on those cold, brisk evenings! A number of private rooms prevail. Alfresco dining is also a popular area of this lovely restaurant.

The aromas wafting from the kitchen certainly tantalises the taste buds. Once the many traditional North-Indian dishes adorn the tables, you are in for a treat!
