The Sevenhill hotel is on a mission to support local sporting and community clubs and promote the Clare Valley. Publican's Paul Longbottom and Kate Shadiac want the hotel and restaurant to be a hub of activity for the locals.
Recognising that a pub cannot take its customers for granted, Paul said he will continue to maintain a strong focus on excellent food and customer service.
Paul has introduced Sunday afternoon music sessions to enjoy over the wide range of Clare Valley wines and locally brewed beers, plus a full range of beers on tap.
Sevenhill Hotel is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Menu is changed seasonally. Sevenhill Hotel is part of the Eat Local initiative, and wherever possible head chef Ash uses seasonal produce from the local region.
Change the scenery for your next committee meeting and use the special meeting facilities free of charge. Organise your next function or private dinner in the downstairs cellar. For the commuters, there is ample parking behind the hotel, including space for cars towing caravans or trailers, and the hotel is in a great location for a rest and refuel, for those cycling or walking the Riesling Trail.
The outside dining area provides a great spot for lunch, dinner or a drink for warmer days, but on those colder days there are plenty of fireplaces to sit beside and keep warm while enjoying a glass of red, stout or perhaps a coffee and delicious dessert. Families are well catered for with a Kid's Menu and colouring-in to keep the little ones entertained.

Yesterday we were on the hunt for a place that had the fire going and served great food, well we were not disappointed, we are from the Gold Coast and for us it was cold, we walked in and we were greeted by the bartender lady, she offered us the bar table in front of the fireplace, we all enjoyed our taste meals and the friendly locals. I particularly like picking out a bottle of Sevenhill Cab/Sav from the Celar. We will return on our next holiday. Thanks a great Day Sevenhill Hotel
My absolute favourite place to eat in the Clare Valley!
I always have to stop here on my way through the Clare Valley! Last weekends trip was as amazing as usual - I had the pork belly tacos, and the most flavour filled burger ive had in a very long time. The only thing that topped the food was the wine selection. Will definitely be back again and again

We have just moved to Clare and have already visited the Sevenhill Hotel for lunch half a dozen times! Amazing, freshly made food, made with care & attention to detail, obviously a chef passionate about yummy produce. Worth driving there from Clare & worth spending a little more for such a tasty meal. We will be back time & time again, & can't wait to bring family/friends to the hotel when they come to visit.
